HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Acute Care Neuro Spine RN to join our team of professionals at one of our advanced healthcare facilities. This position offers you the unique opportunity to provide specialized care to patients suffering from neurological and spinal conditions. You will work closely with a team of highly skilled healthcare professionals to deliver top-tier medical care, aligning with HCA Healthcare's mission to improve human life. This role requires a deep understanding of neurological assessments, patient care planning, post-operative care, and acute rehabilitation. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments related to neurological and spinal conditions. Implement care plans and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare professionals across departments to enhance patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families about condition management and rehabilitation processes. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards. Strong clinical skills in neurology and spinal care Ability to perform detailed neurological exams Expertise in the use of medical equipment for neuro and spine health High proficiency in patient and family communication Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license in the state of employment BLS/ACLS certification Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (CNRN) preferred
