Who We're Looking For:
The Customer Lifecycle Specialist will play an integral role in the
entire customer journey from generating interest to onboarding and
platform adoption. This role provides support to marketing, sales
and customer success via a number of responsibilities including CRM
administration, content creation, asset management and various
other tasks as needed. This position will be filled by someone with
exceptional organizational and people skills who is stellar at
prioritizing departmental needs in a fast-paced environment of
continuous learning.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Draft company newsletters, reports, presentations, and professional
correspondences
Research, benchmark, analyze data and make recommendations
Provide a link between sales, marketing and customer success
Manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the
customer lifecycle in HubSpot, with the goal of improving customer
service relationships and assisting in customer attraction and
retention and driving sales growth
Develop an extensive working knowledge of the Cloud Concinnity -
platform to support sales and customer success teams
Create digital content for use in email marketing, social media and
sales applications
Create pitch decks using PowerPoint or Google Slides
Manage Hubspot CRM to ensure data integrity and sales process
flow
Here's what you'll need to know/have:
Can master new technology quickly, and effectively communicate
technical information in non-technical terms
Can work cross-collaboratively and communicate effectively with
different personalities and job functions
A bachelor's degree or associate's degree with equivalent
experience
Experience in SaaS
Clinical trial/Pharma/Medical Device knowledge or experience
desirable
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, driven,
motivated to continually learn; the role has a deep career
runway
Ability to successfully manage complex, fast-moving and unexpected
communications & challenges in order to deliver stellar results
Proficiency in digital design tools, such as Canva, Figma or
Adobe
1-2 years of CRM Experience required, Hubspot desired
3-5 years of marketing experience
