be doing: As a Senior Analyst in Consumer Electronics Performance
Management, this role will have the opportunity to influence all
aspects of our CE program economics and strategic priorities. The
candidate will work in partnership with Supply Chain business
partners to drive financial and operational initiatives and actions
required to achieve the annual plan as well as full potential. The
ideal candidate will have exceptional data analysis skills, the
ability to translate that analysis into actionable insights for the
business, high business interest and acumen, ability to influence
others, critical thinking proficiency, and adaptable communication
skills. The candidate must be customer-centric, have strong
interpersonal skills, be able to balance the demands of a rapidly
growing global company, and must be results-driven. Prior work
experience within an operations focus and/or analytical environment
considered favorably.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support global CE supply chain initiatives which deliver value
to Asurion and assure that these benefits are driven into the
P&L in a timely manner
- Support management with the identification and establishment of
KPIs to ensure process effectiveness and efficiency
- Establish effective data analysis to identify trends and
opportunities to improve processes, education, etc. which includes
preparing dashboard reports on a weekly/monthly/quarterly
basis
- Generate and analyze complex data; use various reporting tools
and analysis techniques to turn data into accurate and relevant
information for end users
- Interact positively and pro-actively between departments to
promote a teamwork philosophy
- Provide ad-hoc analysis as needed to help business partners
make better decisions in a timely manner
- Propose modifications, solutions or enhancements based on
performance analysis and provide insight into tradeoffs with
creativity and solid business judgmentHere's what you'll bring to

- Must be skilled at managing through influence rather than
direct reporting relationships in a matrix management
environment
- Prior financial, operational and/or supply chain experience
helpful
- Ability to proactively identify and meet customer and
stakeholder needs
- Motivated change agent with the ability to collaborate across
all levels
- Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into
practice
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis, and
problem-solving techniques, root cause analysis, quality assurance
practices and concepts
- Demonstrated aptitude towards high standards for quality and
performance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational
skills with a hands-on management style
- Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of experience in a related
field such as product management, planning, procurement, finance,
vendor management, or operations preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products such as Excel
and PowerPoint
- Ability to interpret complex numbers, financial data, and
reports
- Apply mathematical concepts to create reports and financial
records and present them effectively
- Must be available to work during core business hours, typically
Monday through Friday, daytime and be available any time as needed
to support business operations and ensure deliverables are
met.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time (up
to 2 hours).
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to use technology, including but not limited to,
computer or laptop, monitor(s), keyboard, phone, and
headset(s)
- Must be able to work in conditions with frequent interruptions
and conversational background noise while remaining focused and
maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to type at moderate speed with minimal errors
while simultaneously continuing to provide a premier experience to
internal and/or external customers
- Must be able to adapt quickly, research complex issues and make
decisions with limited information
- Must be able to apply prior learnings to new situations and
adapt or adjust as needed for the specific situation without
becoming frustrated when faced with ambiguity or resistance
- Minimal travel may be required with this position (10%)We take
