Job Description Liberty Mechanical, LLC- Safety Manager /n /n We are seeking a dynamic Safety Manager in the Tennessee region to oversee safety initiatives across our three companies. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in safety management within construction, especially in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. /n /n About Us: /n /n Knight's Mechanical, Liberty Mechanical, LLC, and Southern Mechanical are leading mechanical contractors serving the Nashville area and beyond. The Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing the safety protocols and ensuring the well-being of all employees working on construction projects. This role combines leadership, risk management, and regulatory compliance within the construction industries. /n /n /n SALARY RANGE: $80,000-95,000/YEAR /n /n BENEFITS: /n /n - Health, Dental, Vision Insurance /n - Company-matched 401(k) /n - Life Insurance and Disability Coverage /n - Paid Holidays and Time Off /n /n /n /n QUALIFICATIONS: /n /n - Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, or related field /n - Preferred OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety, OSHA 510, and OSHA 500 /n - 7-10 years in safety management within commercial construction /n - 5 years in leadership roles focused on electrical, HVAC, and plumbing safety /n - Strong leadership and communication abilities /n - Analytical skills for incident investigation /n - Proficiency in safety management software /n /n /n RESPONSIBILITIES: /n /n - Develop and implement safety policies and training programs /n - Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and other regulations through audits and documentation /n - Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions /n - Identify hazards and manage risk mitigation strategies /n - Conduct safety training and maintain certification records /n - Collaborate with project teams and engage employees in safety initiatives /n - Oversee safety budgets and resource allocation /n - Conduct site visits and handle safety equipment /n - Work in various weather conditions. /n /n Physical Requirements: /n /n - Ability to conduct site visits and walk through construction areas. /n - Ability to lift and carry safety equipment and materials as required. /n - Ability to work in varying weather conditions and environments. /n /n /n /n ABOUT US: /n Knight's Mechanical, Liberty Mechanical, and Southern Mechanical are leading mechanical contractors in Nashville, part of Ascension Property Services (APS).
