You'll primarily work day shifts, with occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime available for extra earnings. A day in your life: You start by meeting your crew, reviewing the day's plan, and loading materials. At the jobsite, you assist with installing, repairing, and maintaining flat and low-slope commercial roofing systems. You'll work with sheet metal and TPO under the guidance of experienced roofers, handle tools, stage materials, and help keep the site organized-all while learning to read blueprints and apply sealants and flashing to create watertight roofs. Safety is always a top priority, and you'll play a key role in maintaining a secure work environment.
