What Youll Do Perform lawn, soil, and landscape maintenance on residential and commercial properties Safely apply liquid fertilizers and herbicides (per state/local regulations) Inspect lawns, trees, and shrubs to recommend best care practices Assist with aeration, seeding, and applying Liquid Biological Amendments (LBAs) Communicate with customers to ensure complete satisfaction Supervise/lead daily routines and assist teammates when needed Maintain and safely operate equipment, vehicles, and tools Work outdoors in all seasons while keeping safety a top priority What Were Looking For CAT3 Certification(required) 3 years of spray technician or related experience Valid drivers license with clean driving record (must pass MVR/background) Strong work ethic, safety focus, and leadership mindset Ability to lift and maneuver 50100 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
