Our employee-driven culture fosters long-term relationships through loyalty, consistency, and industry expertise. /n /n We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Plumbing Journeyman to join our team. /n /n /n Plumbing Journeymen Responsibilities: Responsibilities as outlined below and additional duties as required. /n /n - Complete Plumbing repairs, maintenances, installations, service calls for both commercial and residential customers, diagnose and repair. /n - Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services /n - Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business. /n - Maintain a clean, organized job site as well as inventoried truck. /n - Train and mentor helpers to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations /n - Be accurate and timely with all paperwork /n /n /n - /n /n Required Skills/Abilities /n /n - Strong communication skills, both verbally and written /n - Ability to relay information to clients in layman's terms /n - Hardworking mindset /n - Detail-oriented and organized /n - Positive, can-do attitude /n - Safety first mindset /n - Can easily adapt to a change of circumstance or environment /n - Great attitude with a dedication to quality work /n /n Education and Experience /n /n - High school diploma or equivalent /n - Minimum of 3-5-year experience preferred /n - Valid driver's license and a good driving record /n - EPA Certification /n - OSHA 10 /n /n Please note the selected candidate will be required to submit to full pre-employment background and drug screening.
