Job Description:

rewarding opportunity for a New Graduate Registered Nurse. Our
facility provides a wide range of medical services including
emergency care, cardiology, orthopedics, advanced diagnostics, a
birthing center, and surgical services. We are dedicated to

development. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to
patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
of patient care in collaboration with healthcare teams. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor
patients for side effects and reactions. Record patients' medical
histories and symptoms, including observations, interventions, and
treatments. Educate patients and their families on disease
prevention and health management plans. Participate in unit-based
Quality Assurance programs and comply with all safety and infection
control standards. Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on
assessment and care planning Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to react calmly and effectively in
emergency situations Proficiency in using healthcare software and

Insurance 401k Must have passed the NCLEX-RN Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee or eligible for
licensure
