Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding
opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) to support a diverse learning center caseload in Hanceville,
AL. This contract position runs through May 23rd, 2026, providing
stability and valuable experience working with a high-need group of
students, including many in elementary grades and some high
schoolers. Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalized
speech-language therapy services to a caseload of 49 students
Design and implement intervention plans tailored to individual
student needs Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other
school professionals to support student progress Monitor and
document student progress regularly to ensure goals are met
Participate in meetings and professional development as needed
Preferred Experience and Qualifications: Valid Alabama
Speech-Language Pathologist license Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology strongly preferred
Experience working in school settings with diverse age groups and
communication disorders Ability to manage a high caseload
effectively and maintain organized documentation Strong
communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students,
families, and staff Schedule and Location:This is an onsite,
part-time position in Hanceville, AL, with typical hours from 7:30
AM to 2:00 PM, four days per week. While onsite presence is
preferred, some flexibility for hybrid or voice-over communication
options may be considered based on individual circumstances. This
