seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technician to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in diagnosing,
repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards of
quality and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our Service
Department, the Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the
reliability and performance of our customers' vehicles. Estimated
pay for this position is $60,000-$120,000 based on experience and

Vehicle Purchase and Service Discounts Ongoing Training and
Education (via Nissan / Our Company Programs) What You Will Do:
Perform diagnostics, inspections, maintenance, and repairs on
vehicles (including, but not limited to Nissan vehicles) according
to manufacturer specifications, warranty guidelines, and dealership
standards. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and special service
equipment to test components and to identify and address issues
with automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical,
steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and other vehicle
systems. Complete repairs accurately and efficiently as specified
on repair order, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to
safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of all services
performed, including parts used, labor hours, and diagnostic
findings. Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and
customers to explain repair recommendations, answer questions, and
provide exceptional customer service. Proactively identify and
discuss with Service Advisor if additional services may be needed,
including providing an estimate of time required for additional
repairs. Stay up-to-date on the latest Nissan technologies, service
procedures, and diagnostic techniques through ongoing training and
certification. Collaborate with other team members to achieve
departmental goals and deliver exceptional service experiences for
our customers. Adhere to dealership policies and procedures,
including safety guidelines, warranty standards, and Service
Department protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work area,
including tools, equipment, and service bays. Assist in mentoring
and training junior Service Technicians as needed. What You Need:
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of automotive
technical training program preferred. Current certification as a
Certified Technician or equivalent ASE certification in these areas
(e.g., Engine Repair, Transmission, Drivability,
Electrical/Electronic Systems, Cooling System, Steering and
Suspension, Brakes, HVAC, etc.). Minimum of (2) two years of
experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on Nissan
vehicles preferred, but not required Strong teamwork skills.
Proficiency in operating diagnostic tools and equipment, including
scan tools, oscilloscopes, and digital multimeters. Strong
mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to
diagnose and repair complex automotive issues. Excellent attention
to detail and time management skills, with the ability to
prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Effective
communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
read and comprehend written instructions and guidelines, as well as
explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals. Ability to
lift and carry heavy objects, bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for
extended periods. Willingness to participate in ongoing training
and professional development opportunities; with ability to learn
new technology, tools, and repair/service procedures and
specifications. Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and
