Program and Project Manager The Opportunity: As a program and

key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting.
You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft
Project and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers,

experience developing and delivering hardware-based solutions in a
project or program management role Experience using Microsoft
Project to build and manage project delivery Experience writing
technical proposals Experience managing delivery to a contract
Ability to function independently as a self-starter and manage work
efficiently Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget
for all elements of a project Ability to identify, manage, and
communicate project risks to senior leadership Ability to obtain a
Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: 2 years of
experience using EVMS to manage project budget s and schedules
Experience managing research and development programs Experience
managing programs to design and deliver integrated hardware and sof
tware systems Experience working with suppliers and managing
product delivery to a set of requirements Experience using the
Agile framework and the Sprint or Scrum approach to project
management Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD design sof
tware Possession of excellent problem resolution and communication
skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred ; Master’s degree
in Engineering a plus Project Management Professional Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including
but not limited to location, the individual’s particular
combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and
experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and
organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for
this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The
estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this
position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total
compensation package for employees. This posting will close within
