3rd Shift Custodial Manager Nashville, TN, USA Req #10204 Wednesday, July 13, 2022 Working At Night Can Be Hard - But You'll Love it With The Budd Group!! 3rd shift manager will be directly responsible for customer satisfaction, account retention and strong employee relations. Specific responsibilities include work scheduling of all account personnel, establishing work standards, conducting site evaluations/audits, overall inventory/equipment usage, budget control, troubleshooting/ problem solving, orientation/training of supervisory and support personnel, safety compliance, customer relations, and special project work as requested. This individual will also ensure that all managed services are being provided in a proper and cost effective manner. - Location: Nashville, TN

Days/Hours: Sunday-Thursday 10pm - 6:30am -
The Janitorial Account Manager will be directly responsible for customer satisfaction, account retention, and strong employee relations. - - Work scheduling of all account personnel. Establishing work standards. Conducting site evaluations/audits. Overall inventory/equipment usage. Budget control. Troubleshooting/problem-solving. Orientation/training of supervisory. Support personnel. Safety compliance. Customer relations. Special project work as requested. What we're looking for: 3 + years experience in a supervisory or higher capacity - 4-year degree preferred Knowledge of Google Drive and Google suite programs (Similar to Microsoft Office programs). Excellent people and leadership skills. Demonstrated experience in coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team. Knowledge of human resource policies and practices in regards to managing people.
