The position will lead a team responsible for supporting / working with the channel management, pricing, program management and accounting teams with a wide range of analysis, including development of Supply Chain's annual business plans, new business pricing analyses, monthly/quarterly/annual financial projections for key stakeholders, Supply Chain initiatives, and other analytical requests and projects.The ideal candidate will have exceptional financial analysis skills and the ability to translate that analysis into actionable insights for the business. Additionally, it is critical that the candidate possess excellent business acumen, a strong ability to lead and influence others, and solid communication skills. The candidate must be customer-centric, have strong interpersonal skills, be able to balance the demands of a rapidly growing global company, and must be results-driven.As a Manager, FP&A (SCM) here's what you'll do:Support the Supply Chain organization in evaluating the financial impacts surrounding strategic and operational business activities and opportunitiesManage and develop relationships with the Supply Chain leadership, pricing and channel management teams to become a trusted business partner and influence key decisions & activitiesProvide team leadership and/or functional level expertise to cross-functional project teams as assigned, scope ranging from department level to enterprise-wide levelProvide ad-hoc analysis as needed to help business partners make decisions in a timely mannerSupport the development and lead operational and strategic initiative portions of the Supply Chain Annual Operating Plan "AOP" & ForecastsModel Supply Chain impacting metrics for new business opportunities & product pricingPromote the company's Core Values and adherence to those valuesHere's What You'll Bring to the Team:3-5 years of related business experience with demonstrated progression of responsibility or position. Supply Chain experience preferred but not requiredBachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
