SUMMARYDirects financial activities of the Company and provides financial advice and support to members of management that enables them to make a sound business decision.??ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES? ??Participates and/or recommends to management major corporate economic strategies, objectives, and policies for company.? ??Prepares reports, which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.? ??Assists with budget preparation, reviewing budget proposals, and preparing necessary supporting documentation and justification? ??Provides management with timely reviews of organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities.? ??Manages all aspects of the general ledger, including account reconciliations, preparation and input of journal entries, bank statement reconciliation, and maintaining accounting estimates.? ??Determines work procedures, preparing work schedules, and expediting workflow to standardize and improve efficiency.? ??Coordinates, with Human Resources, all aspects of employee relations including but not limited to, employee interviewing, hiring, coaching, counseling, disciplinary action, complaints, scheduling, training and development, etc.? ??Reliable attendance is a must.? ??Other duties as assigned.?Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, and analysis and reporting of financial data.? ??Management ? Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.? ??High Language Skills - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.? ??High Mathematical Skills - Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.? High Reasoning Skills - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.?EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE ???????????????? ??BS/BA Degree in related field?????? ??Minimum four years of related experience??SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES????????????????
