KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERThe Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and driving additional sales growth of Franke Kitchen System Luxury products through major key accounts and buy groups within the United States. Paramount to achieving success will be establishing strong relationships with our key accounts and showrooms, as well as other partner business segments and getting Franke Luxury products--profiled as the preferred product for their customers.--The Key Account Manager role is responsible for the coordination of all sales, account development and marketing for key accounts. Key Responsibilities:Focusing predominantly on major key accounts, the role will be:Work strategically with key accounts and buy groups to develop growth plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.Develop implementation plans in concert with field sales management aligned with strategic initiatives on key accountsManage relationships at the corporate level of key accounts and buy groups while facilitating relationships at the regional level for field sales managementCreate and execute a Target Account/Location program in concert with field sales management.Develop promotions and programming collaboratively with key accounts/buy groups in coordination with corporate marketing and financeResponsible for coordinating all activity (sales, account development, marketing) to ensure--we grow market share significantlyResponsible for managing and directing the Key Account Specialist who will support the field sales managment and key accounts Key Attributes:Has very strong Key Account Management experience and takes independent actions to take advantage of sales opportunities to grow the businessApplies a structured process for organizing and coordinating key account management activityQuickly and effectively establishes relationships with key stakeholdersIs an excellent and compelling communicator and influencerPresents a professional image that is aligned with the luxury brandResponds promptly to customer needs and feedback.Solicits customer feedback to improve service and shares feedback with marketing and sales teamResponds to requests for service and assistance.Asks for and offers help when needed.Appropriately represents the company at trade association meetings/function Requirements:Travel as necessary within the US to establish strong relationships with key accountsHas 7-10 years' experience in key account management within the plumbing industry--or has relevant insight into key accounts within our segmentA degree in business or marketing would be an assetMust be able to work within and have an affinity for e-commerce environmentsMust be able to work independently with minimal supervisionHas an existing network in the industry and relationships within our key accountsSmyrna TN is the preferred location for the role, but would consider Midwest or East Coast as well We are serious about developing a wonderful experience for both our employees and customers.--If you feel you can contribute to this goal, and have the required qualifications, energy, drive and initiative to be our Key Account Manager please apply!--We also ask Key Account Manager Candidates to participate in our Culture Index Survey.--Just copy the URL below in your browser and follow the instructions.--truly look forward to hearing from you!--We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, basis of disability.----
