We want your knowledge and expertise!Job Summary:Under the general supervision of the unit's Director, Manager or designee, the Clinical Coordinator assumes responsibility for direction and coordination of all functions in the unit on his/her designated shifts. In collaboration with other members of the management team, this individual is responsible for the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in unit.
  • You will provide direct and ongoing supervision of staff with regard to conflict resolution and personnel policy compliance, including input and/or completion of performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
  • You will ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures, mandatory requirements, and licensure and certification requirements.
    • In your role, you must teach, supervise, and serve as a resource for staff, assists with clinical procedures as needed.You will complete rounds on patients during the shift.TriStar StoneCrest proudly serves Rutherford County Tennessee and surrounding communities.       • High school diploma/GED
      • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
      • Completed NBRC certification as RRT
      • Current TN RRT Licensure - ABG Endorsed
      • Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification upon hire
