Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care at one
of DCI's in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care
team. Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest
quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.Schedule :
Fulltime, four 10-hour shifts; Sundays off; no overnight
shiftsCompensation : Pay range depending on nursing and dialysis

- Among othersResponsibilitiesWhat You Can Expect:
- Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies
and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and
procedures
- Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
- Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating
changes with physician and families
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart
reviews
- Document required patient education efforts
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance
- Lead a small patient care team
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
