Job Description:

As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services using computed tomography (CT) technology. Your role is crucial in aiding physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions. You will ensure patient safety and comply with hospital protocols while operating CT equipment. Operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images according to physician specifications. Administer contrast dyes and prepare patients for CT scans, ensuring their comfort and safety. Review and evaluate developed CT scans to determine if they are satisfactory for diagnostic purposes. Maintain patient records and manage imaging data in electronic health record systems. Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on CT equipment. Collaborate with radiologists to determine the appropriate imaging techniques. Adhere to radiation safety guidelines to protect patients and staff from unnecessary exposure.
