Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required from last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience with 9 months within the past 12 months. • 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility. Required Skills/Experience: Ability to support patient choice and promote vaginal birth opportunities specific to patient preference. Spinning babies helpful, STABLE also helpful. Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Circulating in OR, IUPC, FSE, MgSO4, pp hemorrhage- JADA system, nitrous oxide. Types of Patients on Unit: Patient Experience requirements: Remain above 75%. Equipment Used on Unit: CPN Unit/Facility Details: Number of Beds : 9 L&D, 3 swing rooms, 2 ORs & 3 bed OBED. Shift & Scheduling: 4 weekend shifts/month.
