Job Description:
Ascension, a leading faith-based healthcare organization, is
seeking a dedicated and skilled RN-Endoscopy to join our
progressive team. In this role, you will be integral in providing
expert care in high-tech environments and will play a crucial part
in procedures that are essential for patient diagnosis and

well-being. Prepare patients for endoscopy procedures by explaining
the process and addressing any concerns. Administer medications as
prescribed and monitor patient responses. Assist physicians during
endoscopy procedures, ensuring all equipment is functioning
properly. Monitor and record patients' condition during procedures
and report any anomalies. Maintain strict compliance with all
health and safety regulations and practices. Participate in
post-procedural duties including recovery monitoring and patient
education. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide
comprehensive patient care. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and precision.
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain calm during
stressful situations. Proficiency with endoscopic equipment and
tools. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certified
Gastroenterology RN (CGRN) preferred but not required.
