Medical-Surgical Unit This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN)
within the Medical-Surgical department at our facility, focusing on
delivering patient care through the nursing process while
collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Candidates must possess
a valid RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preference will be given to those with prior hospital experience or

36 hours per week Work Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Sign-On Bonus: Experienced Nurses: Up to $10,000 New Graduate
Nurses (less than 1 year of experience): Up to $5,000 Job
Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient
care effectively. Maintain professional accountability for the care
provided to assigned patients. Assess the overall effectiveness of
care delivered by other caregivers. Collaborate with various
departments to coordinate patient care. Uphold patient rights and
ensure confidentiality of patient information. Execute
responsibilities in alignment with our mission, values, and service
standards. Qualifications Education: Must be a graduate from an
accredited nursing program with one of the following: Associate
Degree in Nursing Nursing Diploma Bachelor of Science in Nursing
(BSN) Licensure: A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in
Missouri or compact licensure is required, adhering to state
nursing board regulations. Experience: Previous hospital experience
is preferred and may be necessary depending on the specific unit.
Certifications: Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
from the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days
of hire. Preferred Qualifications: Education: A BSN is preferred
Licensure: Additional state licenses or specialty certifications
are preferred Experience: Prior experience in a specialty area or
similar clinical environment is advantageous Physical Requirements:
Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs Prolonged
standing and walking throughout the shift Capability to grip,
reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to perform
