Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Nashville, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,752 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/19/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU Profession: RN Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 Years License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: ICU experience Advanced skills including CRRT, intubations, and line placements Description: The unit has 32 beds with a patient ratio of 1:2. Staffing includes RNs, nurse externs, and a free-floating charge RN. The unit is equipped with Philips monitors and Alaris pumps. Documentation is managed through Meditech. Scheduling must meet minimal requirements based on FTE/contract. Floating is per the needs of the hospital. Patient experience requirements are aligned with ICARE principles. Additional Information: The unit has received multiple Daisy awards and was recognized as a Team Daisy award winner.
