Job Description:
Lebanon Center Rehabilitation & Healing is seeking a
compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join
our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will be
instrumental in providing high-quality nursing care to our
patients, focusing on both short-term rehabilitation and long-term
care in a supportive and professional environment. This position
offers a unique opportunity to work in a leading healthcare
facility known for its commitment to recovery and holistic patient
care. Administer medications and treatments to patients as
prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health and maintain
accurate records of patient therapy and treatment progress.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement
personalized care plans. Educate patients and their families on
treatment plans and ongoing care needs. Ensure compliance with all
healthcare regulations and standards. Strong practical nursing
skills Excellent patient care and communication skills Ability to
work effectively in a team Detail-oriented with strong
record-keeping abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Current LPN license in the state of practice CPR
certification
