Job Description:
Creekside Center Rehabilitation & Healing, a leading healthcare
facility in rehabilitation and recovery services, is seeking a
dedicated RN / LPN Weekend Supervisor. This role is crucial in
overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of
exceptional care during weekend shifts. The successful candidate
will be instrumental in maintaining our commitment to personalized
patient care, facilitating optimal recovery and health outcomes.
Supervise and manage nursing staff during weekend shifts. Ensure
compliance with health care standards and safety regulations.
Coordinate patient care with physicians, therapists, and other
healthcare professionals. Monitor and ensure the quality of nursing
care provided. Assist in the development and implementation of
nursing department goals. Provide training and support to nursing
staff as needed. Manage patient records and documentation. Address
and resolve any issues related to patient care. Strong leadership
and organizational skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficient in clinical skills with an ability
to handle medical emergencies. Knowledge of healthcare regulations
and standards. Ability to work efficiently with healthcare
technology systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN or LPN license. BLS/CPR
certification. Additional certification in nursing management or
leadership is preferred.
