Job Title: RN Profession: Nurse Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: Required Must-Have: Team oriented and compassionate Description: The unit has 12 beds with a patient ratio of 5-6:1. There is 1 patient care technician available on the unit. The type of equipment used is general med-surg. The documentation system utilized is Meditech. Scheduling requires 4 weekend shifts every 4-week schedule. There is a floating policy in place for the facility's med-surg units. Patient experience requirements are set at 75%. The dress code consists of navy scrubs.
