Essential Duties: Provide comprehensive primary care services to a
panel of veteran patients Perform clinical assessments, diagnose
conditions, and develop treatment plans Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care Educate patients

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with
