Fast Pace Health is seeking a dedicated Family Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in providing
exemplary healthcare in underserved communities. In this role, you
will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to offer
urgent care, primary care, and specialty services. Our commitment

and compassionate patient care. Conduct patient assessments and
provide diagnosis Develop and manage treatment plans Prescribe
medications and therapy Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Provide counseling and education to promote wellness Coordinate
with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Respond to patient emergencies Maintain patient records and ensure
confidentiality Patient assessment Diagnosis Treatment planning
Medication prescription Communication Emergency responsiveness
Record keeping Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician
Assistant Certification from the American Nurses Credentialing
Center (ANCC) or the National Commission on Certification of
Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
