Job Description:

patients with various surgical and medical conditions. You will
collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster a safe, caring,
and healing environment for our patients. Assess, plan, implement,
and evaluate patient care in a surgical setting. Administer
medications, monitor patient recovery, and document health
outcomes. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop
treatment plans. Educate patients and their families on disease
management and post-hospital care. Maintain a safe and clean
working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations. Participate in professional development and clinical
training programs. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
using medical software and electronic health records Ability to
work effectively in a fast-paced environment Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of Tennessee Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
