This role involves using specialized skills to promote patients' health and wellness through physical rehabilitation. You will be integral in helping patients regain functionality and mobility, crafting care plans tailored to individual patient needs as part of our continuous effort to deliver superior healthcare services. Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate physical intervention plans. Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress, modifying as necessary. Educate patients and their families on treatments and home exercises. Maintain patient records and documentation per regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care delivery. Stay updated with the latest physical therapy practices and technologies. Strong understanding of biomechanics, therapeutic care, and rehabilitative medicine Ability to design creative, effective rehabilitation strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using physical therapy software and equipment Medical Insurance Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of employment CPR certified Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred
