The role requires providing compassionate care and maintaining patient experience standards through attentive service and family involvement. Responsibilities: Provide attentive and compassionate care to patients and family members. Conduct bedside shift reports and include family members in the care plan. Requirements: Med/Surg experience with skills in prioritizing care, multitasking, starting IVs, and basic wound care. Active RN license and BLS certification required.
