Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered
Nurse (RN) to join our faith-based healthcare organization for
weekend shifts. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering
high-quality, personalized care to our patients, reinforcing our
mission to transform healthcare through innovative practices. This
position offers a unique opportunity to work within our dynamic
network of hospitals and clinics, where we focus on enhancing
patient health outcomes by integrating personalized patient support

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established
policies, procedures, and protocols of Ascension. Monitor, record,
and communicate patient condition as appropriate using computerized
documentation systems. Administer medications and treatments
accurately and effectively to support patient health and recovery.
Educate patients and families on illness and injury prevention, and
continue care requirements at home. Participate in the coordination
of services with other healthcare professionals and departments,
both within and outside of healthcare facilities. Maintain a high
degree of confidentiality and adherence to strict hospital and
federal regulations. Assist in the assessment, design, and
implementation of individualized care plans based on each patient’s
unique needs. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in
using healthcare technology and computer systems Capability to work
under pressure in a fast-paced environment Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in
the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
