Job Description:
TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center, located in Smyrna, TN, is
seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join
our dynamic Intensive Care Unit team. As an ICU RN at our
state-of-the-art hospital, you will have the opportunity to work

Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on
the application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor, record,
and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Interact
with various healthcare teams to improve the quality of care.
Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records.
Advise and support patients and their families on disease
prevention and health maintenance. Utilize advanced medical
equipment and enforce infection-control protocols. Ability to
perform in high-stress situations Excellent communication and
critical thinking skills Proficiency in using healthcare software
and systems Commitment to ethical healthcare delivery and patient
confidentiality Ability to work effectively both independently and
as part of a team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in
the state of Tennessee or Compact State. BLS certification ACLS
certification preferred. Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN)
certification is advantageous.
