Williamson Health and Wellness Center seeks an experienced Radiology Supervisor to lead our imaging team in Williamson, WV. This role involves overseeing the radiology department's daily operations, maintaining high standards of care, and implementing innovative imaging techniques in line with our commitment to community health. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in radiological practice and management, with a passion for healthcare excellence and patient wellness. Manage the radiology department’s daily operations and staff. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards. Develop and implement protocols to improve efficiency and quality of care. Liaise with other medical professionals to integrate radiology services with overall patient care. Oversee the training and professional development of department staff. Maintain departmental budgets and manage procurement of imaging equipment. Expertise in various imaging techniques (X-ray, MRI, CT, etc.) Strong leadership and organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in radiology departmental management software Ability to make decisions under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) preferred Valid and active certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
