Job Description:
Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated
Certified Scrub Tech to join our innovative team in Williamson, WV.
This role is vital in supporting surgical procedures by preparing
operating rooms, arranging equipment, and assisting surgeons during
surgeries. Our center strives to enhance community health with
state-of-the-art facilities tailored to local needs, providing an
ideal environment for medical professionals to thrive and
contribute meaningfully to patient care. Prepare operating rooms
for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment is
available and sterile. Assist in surgeries, providing tools to
surgeons and ensuring a sterile environment throughout surgical
procedures. Collaborate with surgical teams to maintain standards
of patient care. Participate in the cleaning and sterilization of
the operating room post-operation. Engage in inventory checks and
manage surgical tools and supplies. Proficiency in sterile and
aseptic techniques Knowledge of surgical instruments and supplies
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure Excellent
teamwork and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
credential from the National Board of Surgical Technology and
Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
