Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a skilled X-ray Technician to join our dedicated healthcare team. As an X-ray Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients by conducting X-ray exams and managing imaging equipment. We offer a supportive work environment where your skills can truly make a difference in the lives of our community members. Perform routine and complex X-ray imaging procedures accurately. Maintain and calibrate radiographic equipment. Prepare patients and explain procedures to ensure comfort and clarity. Adhere to safety protocols to protect patients and staff from unnecessary radiation. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to interpret images and diagnose conditions. Keep detailed patient records and maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in operating X-ray imaging equipment. Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and regulations. Excellent communication and patient-care skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
