Job Description:
Williamson Health and Wellness Center seeks a dedicated
Radiology Supervisor to lead our radiology team. This role involves
overseeing the radiological services, ensuring high standards of
care, compliance with health regulations, and adaptation of new
technologies to improve patient outcomes. The successful candidate
will embody our commitment to community health with professionalism
and an innovative mindset towards patient care. Manage and oversee
all radiological services within the facility. Ensure compliance
with health and safety regulations in all radiology areas.
Supervise and evaluate radiology staff performance. Develop and
implement policies and procedures that ensure high-quality imaging
results. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to optimize
patient care. Manage departmental budget and procurement of
radiological supplies and equipment. Stay abreast of advancements
in radiology and integrate innovative technologies and techniques.
Proven leadership skills Strong understanding of radiology/imaging
technology and safety standards Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to manage a diverse team and
multi-task effectively Proficient in the use of radiology
management software and tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA)
preferred Valid and active certification from the American Registry
of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
