Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Location: Nashville, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,946 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN CVICU Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: CVICU Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active Registered Nurse License Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Must-Have: Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test Description: Looking for highly motivated critical care nurses that thrive in a fast-paced, high acuity critical care environment. We provide care to critically ill patients and frequently receive patients needing care from various regions. Though we serve patients with a variety of diagnoses, our primary service lines are cardiothoracic surgery and neuro/neurosurgery. Throughout the pandemic, our team has provided ICU-level care for patients suffering from severe infections. Unit capacity includes both medical/surgical and neuro ICU beds, serving a diverse patient population. Nurse to patient ratios typically are 1:2, ensuring high-quality care for each individual.
