RN – House Supervisor (Nights) Location: Russellville, AL Schedule: Full-Time | Nigths Department: Nursing Administration Job Summary The RN House Supervisor provides day shift leadership for hospital operations and nursing staff. This role ensures safe patient care, effective patient flow, regulatory compliance, and rapid response to clinical or operational concerns. The House Supervisor collaborates with nursing leadership, physicians, and ancillary departments while serving as a role model for professional conduct and hospital policies.
