Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Acute Care Neuro Spine RN

neurological and spinal care. This position requires a
compassionate and skilled nurse to provide exceptional care to
patients suffering from acute neurological and spine-related
conditions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be
adept at managing complex patient situations and providing support
to families, whilst adhering to the highest standards of healthcare
practice. Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in
collaboration with healthcare teams. Monitor patient progress and
adjust treatments as necessary. Administer medications and maintain
detailed documentation of patient care. Educate patients and their
families on post-treatment home care needs. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and standards. Provide emotional support and
compassionate care to patients and families. Expertise in neurology
and spine care. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving
skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability
to work effectively in high-pressure situations. Proficient in
using electronic health records and medical software. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Certification in Neuroscience Nursing (CNRN) or similar specialty
preferred.
