Job Description:
At HCA Healthcare, we are looking for a dedicated Acute Care
Neuro Spine RN to join our team of compassionate and skilled
healthcare professionals. The selected candidate will play a
crucial role in the treatment and recovery processes of patients
with neurological spine disorders. This position demands a
commitment to patient care and the ability to thrive in a dynamic,
high-pressure environment. You will work closely with
neurosurgeons, physicians, and other nursing staff to ensure that
each patient receives the best possible care based on the latest
clinical guidelines and treatments. Assess, plan, and implement
nursing care plans for patients in the neuro spine unit. Monitor
patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with neurosurgeons and other healthcare professionals
to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their
families on condition, treatment plans, and home care requirements.
Maintain accurate patient records and report any concerns to the
appropriate physician or specialist. Administer medications and
assist in surgery or other medical procedures as needed. Strong
clinical skills in a neurologic care environment Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively
in a high-pressure environment Proficient in using EMR systems and
other healthcare technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
