Job Description:

Ascension is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Clinical Lead in our Med Surg department, focused on leading a team to deliver exceptional patient care in alignment with our faith-based values. This role involves managing patient care, mentoring staff, and contributing to continuous improvement of healthcare services. The ideal candidate will bring a commitment to improving patient outcomes and a passion for healthcare excellence. Supervise and mentor nursing staff and monitor patient care quality. Develop and implement nursing care plans and evaluate patient outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient care. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Participate in professional development and nursing education activities. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in clinical skills with an emphasis on patient care Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stress environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
