How you’ll make an impact in this role Ascension Saint Thomas Three Rivers Primary Care is seeking a Full Time Primary Care physician to join our team in Waverly, TN. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s): - Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education: - Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
