Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiac Catheterization Lab Location: Springfield, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,466 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Cath Lab RN in Springfield, Tennessee, 37172! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 7.5 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: ACLS Cath lab experience Moderate sedation experience Critical thinking skills Description: The position is for a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab. The unit has 109 beds with specific patient ratios. Staffing includes unit secretaries and tech availability. The equipment used includes Philips cath lab, Merge hemo, and Meditech EMR. Documentation is done using Meditech. The shift timing is from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. There is a floating policy in place. The role requires ACLS certification and prior cath lab experience. Advanced critical thinking skills are necessary. Procedures performed include left heart catheterization, right heart catheterization, stent placement, peripheral angiography, Linq implant, explant, generator changes, and pacemaker implants. The required uniform is navy blue scrubs, as the hospital does not provide scrubs. Unit-specific policies and guidelines should be followed.
