Job Description:
Bethany Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a
compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join
our dedicated healthcare team. Our facility strives for excellence

rehabilitation and healing. The successful candidate will be
instrumental in ensuring a rewarding experience for our residents,
helping them achieve an improved quality of life through
exceptional nursing practices. Monitor patient health and maintain
accurate health records. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with healthcare professionals
to plan for patient care. Assist with daily living activities, such
as bathing and dressing. Educate patients and their families on
treatment plans and health maintenance. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and safety standards. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills. Proficiency in managing multiple patient
care assignments. Expertise in vital signs monitoring and
medication administration. Capability to work well in a team and
independently. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance 401k Valid state
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification.
