Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be a key member of our nursing staff, providing high-quality nursing care to our patients in a setting that values healing and rehabilitation in a warm, home-like environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in delivering patient care, coordinating with healthcare teams, and administering medications as prescribed by physicians, all within the scope of practice outlined by state regulations. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate health records. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Implement patient care plans and contribute to team objectives. Assist with patient mobility and perform therapeutic procedures. Proficient in clinical skills with an emphasis on patient care and safety. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current LPN license in the state of practice. CPR certified.
