Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse IV Certified to join our team. Located in the heart of Williamson, WV, we are a community-focused healthcare provider committed to innovative care programs. This position requires providing direct nursing care, IV therapy management, and ensuring patient comfort as part of our outpatient care team. Ideal candidates will bring proven experience, a compassionate approach, and a solid knowledge base in practical nursing and intravenous therapy operations. Administer intravenous medication and fluid therapy. Monitor patient vitals and reactions to treatments, updating records and communicating patient status to the healthcare team. Educate patients and families on treatment protocols, medication, and health management. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Assist with patient mobilization and personal care when needed. Proficient in IV therapy and phlebotomy Effective communication and patient management skills Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of West Virginia IV Certification
