Ensure that ventilators, monitors, and other types of medical equipment function properly. Administer medications and collaborate with physicians to optimize patient treatment. Educate patients and their families on treatment and recovery plans. Strong clinical skills with experience in an acute care setting Ability to operate complex medical equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee or compact state license BLS certification ACLS certification preferred
