Job Summary:

Centennial Heart Cardiology group at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN is seeking an interventional cardiologist to join their team, which currently consists of two general Cardiologists.

Qualified Candidates:

• Board eligible or board certified in cardiovascular disease
• Board eligible or board certified in interventional cardiology
• Active TN License or ability to obtain
• Experienced cardiologist preferred, fellows will be considered
• Visa sponsorship available

• We are part of a team of over 40 experienced cardiologists leading the local and regional area in specialized collaborative cardiac care
• Full time heart failure and general cardiology nurse practitioners in Dickson office
• General cardiologist and heart failure cardiologist rotating into office weekly
• Accredited chest pain center with a 24/7 STEMI PCI laboratory
• Shared Call Model of 1:4
• 3600 square foot office space with 9 exam rooms
