This position is perfect for anyone wanting to learn the ins and outs of the company before moving into a position with more responsibility and opportunity. A qualified candidate should have a resume that demonstrates longevity in previous jobs and be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Skill in creating mail merges and manipulating data and spreadsheets is required. This position requires answering a heavy volume of incoming service calls while simultaneously manning the front desk and greeting visitors. Multitasking is required as is a welcoming and friendly demeanor and phone voice. Temp to Hire; 7:30am-4:30pm $16/hour Responsibilities + Answer inbound service-related calls from customers experiencing issues with their products in a friendly and helpful manner; create service tickets in the system and route to technicians + Document customer interactions thoroughly and immediately; notify department managers of any follow up activities that are required + Collection activities - create reports and contact delinquent accounts via email and telephone + Front desk duties - greet visitors, create visitor tags, sign for packages, sort mail and various other administrative tasks The essential functions of this role include: + working in a smoke free environment Skills + Administrative Duties + 2-5 years of office experience + Inbound customer service calls + Greeting/signing in visitors + Previous job longevity + Collections + Microsoft Word Mail Merge (2 years of experience is required) + MS Excel intermediate skills (2 years of experience is required) Education + High School (required) Qualifications + Years of experience: 3 years + Experience level:Experienced Shift: First Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
