Kalan is a leading supplier of trendy and innovative gifts and novelty items, creating specialty products for retailers across the United States.Kalan Services, a division of Kalan LP, has immediate and future openings for in-store Merchandising Specialists to service trendy novelty and gift items at retail establishments in both large cities and small towns throughout the United States.Duties:-Replenish and straighten all merchandise according to the current planogram.-Remove damaged and discontinued merchandise-Ensure that displays are clean and presentable-Place new pricing stickers and signage when necessary-If a planogram is reset or revised you will be required to participate.-If additional services are required at the assigned location, you will be required to participate.-Use technology (email, phone, camera, computer, handheld wireless device and internet) for various activities, taking dated photographs, job reports and job information.Requirements-Some merchandising or retail experience preferred-Internet access required for online reporting of services-Ability to photograph and submit dated pictures of the retail display racks-online survey must be completed-Must communicate with store management at the beginning and end of each service-Comfortable with email for job specifications, job requirements, and communications.Job Types: Part-time, ContractPay: per visitExperience:merchandising: 1 year (Preferred)retail: 1 year (Preferred)planogram: 1 year (Preferred)Flexible schedule
